These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jatbat ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the jatbat website located at https://jatbat.com, including all associated games, betting markets, promotional offers, payment services, and customer support facilities made available through the platform.

By registering an account, accessing the jatbat platform, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not access or use the jatbat platform. Your continued use of the platform following any update or amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms apply to all players accessing jatbat from Bangladesh and must be read alongside the jatbat Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and jatbat. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional material or bonus communication, these Terms shall prevail.

Access to jatbat is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. jatbat does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register an account, deposit funds, or participate in any game or betting market on the platform. This age restriction is absolute and non-negotiable.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, organisations, and automated accounts are not permitted to register on jatbat.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your location before registering.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, whether through jatbat directly or through any third-party responsible gaming scheme, at the time of or during account use.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person. Each account on jatbat must correspond to a single individual who is the beneficial owner of that account.

jatbat reserves the right to request age verification documentation from any player at any time. If a player cannot satisfactorily demonstrate that they are 18 years of age or older, jatbat will suspend the account pending verification and may permanently close the account if verification is not provided within a reasonable timeframe. Any winnings accumulated during an unverified period may be voided.

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of jatbat services, you must register a player account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process. You agree that all information supplied to jatbat at registration — including your full name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and payment method details — is truthful and belongs to you personally.

jatbat permits only one account per individual. Creating multiple accounts for the same person ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jatbat reserves the right to close all accounts associated with that individual, void any pending bets or casino rounds, and withhold any bonus funds accumulated across those accounts. Legitimate winnings from real-money deposits may be returned at jatbat's discretion following investigation.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person, and you must not allow any other person to access jatbat using your account. jatbat will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

jatbat employs industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform pages and transactions. Additionally, OTP (one-time password) verification via your registered mobile number is required for certain sensitive account actions, including first-time withdrawals and password changes. These security measures are for your protection; you must not attempt to circumvent them.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to safe and responsible gaming, jatbat may require players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any point during their use of the platform. This may involve submitting a copy of a government-issued photo identification document and proof of payment method ownership. jatbat processes all submitted documents securely and in accordance with the jatbat Privacy Policy. Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary account restrictions.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jatbat accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved payment channels. The currently supported payment methods for players in Bangladesh are:

All deposits made to jatbat must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from a payment account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited. jatbat reserves the right to return such deposits and suspend the receiving account pending investigation.

Deposits are credited to your jatbat account balance in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All balances, bonuses, and transactions on jatbat are denominated in BDT. There is no currency conversion required for players depositing from Bangladesh.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. jatbat aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission. Withdrawals may be subject to a minimum amount of ৳500 per transaction. jatbat does not charge internal processing fees on standard withdrawals, though your mobile financial service provider's own charges may apply.

jatbat reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawal requests or where the withdrawal amount is significantly higher than the player's typical transaction history. This is a standard fraud-prevention measure and is not specific to any individual player.

4.4 Funds Security

Player funds held within jatbat accounts are treated as ring-fenced player balances and are not used for operational purposes. In the event of any platform disruption, jatbat is committed to ensuring the return of all verifiable player balances in full.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

jatbat offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, free bet credits, and seasonal offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, as well as these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall apply to that promotion only.

Bonuses are awarded in good faith for legitimate recreational play. Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or systematically profit from bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or deliberate exploitation of platform errors — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account closure.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by jatbat are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements will be stated clearly in the terms of each individual promotion. Players are advised to read all promotional terms carefully before opting into any bonus offer. jatbat is committed to applying fair and clearly communicated wagering conditions.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who meet the specific criteria of each promotion. jatbat reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion if there is evidence of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or if the player is registered on a self-exclusion list. Players who have opted into responsible gaming deposit limits may find that certain bonus offers are automatically unavailable to them as an additional protective measure.

6.1 Game Outcomes

All casino game outcomes on jatbat — including slots, RNG table games, and virtual games — are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems provided by our game content partners, including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. These systems are independently tested and certified for statistical fairness. Live casino game outcomes are determined by the physical results of real-time dealer activity, conducted under controlled studio conditions.

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or game round disconnection during active gameplay, jatbat will endeavour to resolve the situation fairly and transparently. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault attributable to jatbat's platform, the stake for that round will be returned to the player's account balance. jatbat is not responsible for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's device or network.

6.2 Sportsbook & Cricket Betting

All sports betting markets on jatbat, including cricket matches covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, are subject to the specific rules published for each market. Odds are subject to change prior to the start of an event. In-play odds fluctuate in real time and bets accepted at a given in-play odd are binding at that price, subject to confirmation by the jatbat trading system.

jatbat reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of odds manipulation, insider information, or where an error in the published odds materially misrepresents the true probability of an outcome. Where bets are voided, the original stake is returned to the player's account in full.

6.3 Responsible Use of Platform

Players are expected to use the jatbat platform for personal recreational purposes only. Systematic exploitation of betting markets, use of automated betting bots or scripts, and any behaviour intended to circumvent the normal operation of the platform is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.

The following actions constitute prohibited conduct on the jatbat platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent account closure:

• Registering more than one account on the jatbat platform, whether under your own identity or using a false or third-party identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of account registration, verification, or during any communication with jatbat.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, algorithm, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the jatbat platform in place of genuine human gameplay.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system glitches for financial gain. Any player who identifies a technical error is required to report it to support immediately and must not continue gameplay that takes advantage of that error.
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker-format games to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other participants.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraudulent payment activity, or use of the jatbat platform for any purpose other than legitimate recreational gambling with personal funds.
• Depositing funds via payment methods not registered in your own name or using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials.
• Chargebacks: initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your payment service provider for funds that have been legitimately deposited and used on jatbat. Any player who initiates an unjustified chargeback will have their account permanently closed and the matter referred for further review.
• Accessing the jatbat platform while registered on a self-exclusion list or while a self-imposed account restriction is in effect.

8.1 Closure by jatbat

jatbat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity; failure to complete required identity verification within stipulated timeframes; account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months; or where jatbat determines in good faith that continued account access poses a risk to the player, to other players, or to the integrity of the platform.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms or confirmed fraudulent conduct, jatbat reserves the right to withhold some or all of the balance in that account pending investigation. Where the closure is made at jatbat's administrative discretion and not due to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable period.

8.2 Voluntary Closure by the Player

Players who wish to close their jatbat account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Players should ensure that any pending withdrawal requests are completed and all active bonuses are either played through or forfeited before requesting closure. Once an account is closed at the player's request, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login, deposit, or wagering activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. jatbat will attempt to notify the player via their registered contact details before any administrative action is taken on an inactive account. Any remaining balance in a genuinely inactive account will be preserved and returned to the player upon request and satisfactory verification of identity.

jatbat provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, reliable, and secure access to the platform, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or factors outside our reasonable control — including telecommunications network failures, force majeure events, or third-party service disruptions — may temporarily affect platform access.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jatbat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to access the platform, including but not limited to: losses arising from game disconnections; losses resulting from a player's reliance on displayed odds that are subsequently corrected due to a manifest error; or losses attributable to delays in payment processing caused by your mobile financial service provider.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jatbat's liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. jatbat's aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by that player in the 90 days preceding the date on which the claim arose.

Players are reminded that gambling involves risk and that losses are a normal and foreseeable outcome of participation. jatbat is not liable for gambling losses incurred through legitimate use of the platform in accordance with these Terms.

jatbat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights, obligations, or the core terms of the agreement — jatbat will provide reasonable advance notice of the change via a platform notification or communication to the player's registered contact details.

Non-material amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required to reflect changes in applicable law — may be made without prior notice and will be effective immediately upon publication on this page. The "Effective Date" shown at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. Your continued use of the jatbat platform after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and the return of any verified real-money balance.
